Unable to open USB device - a second time

Is your printer "seen": connect it and switch iton, then type (as root) the
command:

lsusb

You should see something like this:

Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 03f0:0e17 Hewlett-Packard

(03f0:0e17 is the id of vendor and printer, so, it may be different for you)
