You can charge as much as you want to produce the CD's. If you
distribute the binaries, you need to also agree to distribute the
source for a reasonable price.
If anybody is stupid enough to pay you $50 for a CD whose image is
available for free on the Internet - that's their loss.

P.S. If you want to talk about morality - you'll have to guide yourself.
It isn't pirating. You can't get in legal trouble for it if you follow
all the rules. If you have a God who frowns upon that, you might
risking frying...
