ADSL connection limit manual?

I have setup ADSL modem router with prolink Hurricane 9000, 
and having FC1 for router, in the initial subscription for ADSL in my country
subscribe for 500mb/month, to not overlimit this 500mb/limit, is there 
any solution that can quota bandwidth in daily basis
having google, for that, and not found any of it
