USB key : /dev/sda1 not work; /dev/sda ok

This is well known. The key is formatted as a floppy, not as a hard
drive. You can change this by creating a primary partition on it (fdisk
/dev/sda) and format it as vfat. WIN will still be able to access it,
and Linux will have an wasier time with it.
