force yum to use smbmount?

of course I man'd it.
my man pages make no mention of cachedir
however, I was an idiot not to see it in the yum.conf in the first
place....duh.

was interesting to also find out that I had to create /var/log/yum.log
before it would also log to the /mnt dir.
