whereami-like program under Fedora?

Thanks for pointing this out to me.
It looks as though it is exactly what I want -
but unfortunately I found it more or less unusable.

If I go to Start=>System Settings=>Network
(giving the superuser password when asked)
I get a screen with one line,
which I assume corresponds to a "profile".
The first column in the table is named "Profile"
and has a tick in it (which I can turn off),
but I have no idea what this means.

If I go to the Profile tab at the top,
and click on New, nothing happens -
I would expect a new line to appear,
which I could then edit.

However, bizarrely, if I reboot the machine
I find there are now two lines,
the second presumably corresponding to the new profile.
But if I choose to "Edit" this new line,
I find I am unable to choose DHCP, as I wish.

Have I misunderstood how this tool is meant to work,
or does it not work as it should?
Has anyone successfully used it?

I should say I am running FC3-test2.
