Upgrade - dual boot

I am still trying to make this upgrade work without destroying may hours of
work.

I went to :

A great explanation of what I'm trying to do. However when I follow it I get
a major warning message from Anaconda that my partition table is WRONG and
FC will change it rendering some boot loaders fubar.

Any ideas?

You simply have to boot from cd and select "update installation" instead
of "new installation".
Do you know the fc2 partition bug that don't make windows loaded?
