Did you, as I told you, use

modprobe hisax_fcpcipnp

and then checked the further things like syslog?

Sorry I missed your previous post - the format was different and I did not 
work it out.

I need to - 'modprobe hisax'  and then  'modprobe hisax_fcpcipnp'

Does this mean i'm now OK?

I guess I need to add the modprobe to the isdn service in init.d ?
