Some of you may recall my note earlier this year about participation in the 2004 GSS IT Survey. The survey is now compete. Many thanks are due to those who participated.

The 2004 survey examined server operating systems and Linux, e-mail and messaging including IM, wireless e-mail and applications, directory services (e.g., identity management), and groupware.
