Request for inclusion of MIME-tools

[Thomas Zehetbauer]

Fedora does currently not include a perl module for parsing and
composing MIME mail messages, an important and common task today.

I have therefore requested the inclusion of MIME-tools, see
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=131821
