Update3: Fedora FC2 Install Failure

HMMMM... I suppose I can try and disconnect the keyboard and find out???
Would not be my first (more likely last) option to try.. but stranger things 
have happened...

I have been able to reproduce this consistently through about 50 attempts with 
different options...
