cannot create samba users with system-config-samba

IIRC, smbusers is just for mapping say.. windows usernames to linux
usernames.

eg: windows = User.A.D  linux user_a_d

I'm not too familiar with the gui tool, I usuallu fo a smbpasswd -a
user_a_d

and go from there.
