You did download the wrong ISO image files. You say you have a Pentium
IV CPU system, but you downloaded the ISO images for x86_64 platform.

For x86-compatible (32-bit): 
FC2-i386-discX.iso

This is what you need, not following:

For x86_64 (64-bit AMD64, EM64T): 
FC2-x86_64-discX.iso
