Kylix 3 OE and Fedora Core 2

with -qa.. you can only find install packaged.
you can try to create a symlink from /lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3
  to /lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 if the lib is backwards compatible.
