Sendmail+sasl2+smtpauth didn't work?

A realm is always set with sasldb2. As said, if you do not specify any
when running "saslpasswd2", then the hostname is chosen automatically
and set. Each user entry in the sasldb2 (former sasldb too) has a realm.
