Thanks for the info.  This is an internal system and I'm basically 
recompiling with different configuration.  I wanted to start with a 
version that I know works and has worked with other databases.  Once I 
get this one working I'll configure another system with the latest 
updates and get it working.  I'm just trying to minimize debug issues, 
between version and configuration.
