As I said, configure the LDA properly. procmail and maildrop are both
possible, have to be configured within sendmail.mc and procmail for
instance has to be told to deliver into the Maildirs.

No. I would use google to find information.

Why do you use Courier-IMAPd at all? It is not shipped with Fedora Core.
Why don't you use dovecot? It is simple and runs out of the box.
