Simple file sharing between FC2 and Mac OS X?

Hi! I've got a graphic designer (I'm a web developer) coming over on
Friday for a long brainstorming session. I have a WiFi (802.11b)
network, and I'm using FC2 and she uses Mac OS X. Although Mac OS X is
BSD under the hood, and so not dissimilar to Linux, I don't really have
much experience with it and she (the graphic designer) is not technical
at all. I don't want to waste the first hour fiddling around trying to
set things up so that we can easily share files -- if worse comes to the
worse we can just use a USB key to share files -- but I was wondering if
there is a simpler way of doing things. What needs to be running on her
machine for me to use some GNOME-VFS magic to work directly with files
on her Mac via Nautilus? Or, alternatively, what do I need so that she
can easily have read and write access to some files on my FC2 box?
Ideally, I'd like to be able to just browse to a folder on her Mac in
Nautilus, and the next best thing would be for her to be able to open a
folder on my machine in the Finder on her Mac.
