I care. I run several Fedora systems as firewalls, and what happens to
my bandwidth due to the dozens of Windows machines *is* relevant.

I also know that there are many other fora for such things, and I try to
surf them all on a time-available basis. However, this is a *community*
and I do try to help someone who comes up with an off-topic question
every so often. Part of being a good neighbor. Besides, every so often
an OT post like that is the quickest warning I get of a major problem
developing somewhere.
