Need RAID Help for RAID Nitwit

Objective = Raid 0. The question is; Reinstall or reconfigure? Here's
what I have:

Disk /dev/sda: 18.3 GB, 18351959040 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 2231 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

Units = cylinders of 2048 * 512 = 1048576 bytes

/dev/sdb1 on / type ext3 (rw)

sda3 is no longer used.

The FAT32 partition is no longer needed. I am currently using about 20%
of the total disk space. If "reconfigure" should I move "/" to sda3?
