Audio/Video sync

$ffmpeg -tvstd NTSC -vd /dev/video0 -s 640x480 -vcodec mpeg1video -b
3000 -r 25 -hq -acodec mp2 -ar 44100 -ab 128 -ac 2 -t 00:00:10
"/mnt/Media1/VCR/Friends-`/home/poohba/programs/recorddate`.mpg"

When using either of those commands I get a video that is out of sync. 
I am not sure how to fix this.  I have the wintv-go card model 190
