K3B won't normalize files

Hello, all,

While trying to burn a CD of song files (mostly ogg, one mp3, and
several FLAC files), I ran into a problem.

Wanted to have all the sounds normalized, so I checked the "normalize
volume levels" checkbox in the preferences; I also have "write CD-Text"
checked, and under the "Writing" tab, I have checked "Burnfree" and
"remove image" ("on the fly", "simulate" and "only create image" is
unchecked).

When trying to burn the CD, however, it stops after writing the files to
an image, saying it can't "normalize an executable". Hence, would like
to know how to fix this...

Probably not related, but would also like to know how to create an ISO
image file with K3B; just leaving "only create image" box (and
unchecking all the others, including "remove image") and running it that
way doesn't seem to do anything---it goes through the motions, but
doesn't create an .iso file, just duplicate versions of the files being
burned with slightly altered/longer filenames...

Thanks!

Anthony
