dovecot is setup for both POP3 and IMAP out of the
box.  Just enable the service and you're up and
running.  Keep in mind this is a very basic service,
so if you have a good deal of users, you may want to
use something more robust like Cyrus-IMAP, Qpopper or
other such servers.
