What is the official/semi-official positon of Fedora on KDE?

No version was listed in your message, I believe the default assumption to be 
that a user is using the current release, at least that is what I am left to 
assume.  If you have issues with a test, i.e. unstable, version, you should 
note the issue as a bug.
