Correctly use installer's Disk Druid utility for partitioning properly with Windows installed

Did you read the documentation I posted you? What exactly isn't clear
from reading it?
Just add at least one partition for swap and one for mountpoint "/"
which then contains the whole Fedora system. Install grub into the MBR.
It will then contain an entry too for your Windows® to boot.
