I am having issues with amavisd.

I keep getting the following error message:
~   TROUBLE in child_init_hook:
~   BDB no dbS:
~   Lock table is out of available locker entries,
~   No such file or directory. at (eval 36) line 25.

I found that this is a known problem from the ijs website, and they
suggest using amavisd-nanny to watch for zombie processes.  However, the
amavisd-new package seems to be missing this.

Anyone know where to get it prepackaged for Fedora Core 3?
