I did not have a problem building the VMWare modules for x86_64 and
VMWare 5 (beta).  Nevertheless, from the fedora-test-list, Paul Iadonisi
reported that a new patch is available at:

http://platan.vc.cvut.cz/ftp/pub/vmware/vmware-any-any-update90.tar.gz

It might be worth a try.
