How to adjust the refresh rate of my monitor in FC3? (Wee Kiat)

Again this advice is good if you know the refresh rate ranges of your
monitor. But if the monitor is a standard one you might go down to 
init level 3 (go to a console and type init 3) and then run:
system-config-display
choosing you monitor and your resolution. ddcprobe will tell you how
much video memory you have if that is an open question.
