Need help getting clamav working

I tried http://crash.fce.vutbr.cz/crash-hat/ and got caught in a
dependency loop.

I created /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-extras.repo (see below) and then used:
yum install clamav
yum install clamav-milter

yum install freshclam did not work.
