Yup, exactly that bug.  It will be included in U1 for RHEL.  My guess is 
it might get included in FC4 and probably as update for FC3 if hotplug 
package is ever updated.

Actually, what I forgot in my previous mail is to give credit to Bill 
Nottingham for pointing this out to me (on the Bugzilla).
