Perhaps Rahul should change his advice from "please file a bug report"
to something like "please check bugzilla to see if anyone else if having
the same problem, and if not, file a bug report yourself so that the
developers will be aware of the problem and can try to fix it"?
I think it's worth mentioning raising bugs because inexperienced users
might be under the impression that since this is an "official" fedora
list, it's monitored by the developers and they will fix problems raised
here, which is of course not the case.
