Do you have two separate HDD with each own OS, eg.: hdc (win) and hdd (FC3)?
If that's the case then you will need to make remaping of the drives in
grub.conf:

title Other
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)
rootnoverify (hd1,0)
chainloader +1
makeactive
boot
