Hi,
I don't know why you didn't have this done for you when the kernel was
installed.  But you need to add the following lines to the 'grub.conf'

--- snip ---
title Fedora Core (2.6.11-1.14_FC3)
	root (hd0,2)
	kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.11-1.14_FC3 ro root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet
	initrd /boot/initrd-2.6.11-1.14_FC3.img
--- snip ---

the 'root' line will need changing to be the same as for your other
kernels.
