my errors are a bit different, but similar:

[root at localhost Desktop]# rpm RealPlayer-10.0.4.750-20050401.i586.rpm -ivh

[root at localhost Desktop]# realplay
/usr/local/RealPlayer/realplay.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[root at localhost Desktop]# yum install compat-listdc++
