It depends on whether it will be a production machine accessible from 
the Internet.

If this is true, I'd say that having all that server software installed 
in the same machine is risky, to say the least, from a security POV. 
Apache configuration is difficult enough to get it right (although 
we've got SELinux) and PHP has suffered from exploits in the past.

I would just install each different service into a different machine 
(either real machines or Xen domains).
