Streaming Audio - mplayer?

Okay, I've finally got most of my sound problems
sorted... except streaming audio.

I currently have mplyaer installed and it's playing
most of the video and audio links I click on, but at
www.wheelingnailers.com there is a "listen" link that
plays live audio of Nailers games.  When I click on it
I hear the open commercial just fine... then nothing. 
At the bottom of the pop-up box I get "transferring
data from www.wheelingnailers.com" but no audio.

What am I doing wrong?
