console package manager for FC3 ?

As the article is a few days old use createrepo command instead of
yum-arch to create a yum repository from packages on the FC DVD. You
don't need to run a webserver, if you don't do so already. Yum can
handle file:// sources as well, see man 5 yum.conf for this.
