Hi David,
Yes, I received a similar message.  I've been to the website and seems
it is being worked on.  The only thing that seems to work is the
Donate link.  I have not clicked on the options link with my email
address in it.  They are definitely running mailman (visit the URL
resulting from removing your email address from the last URL), so
there seems to be an actual list.  Now the question is, did someone
sign us up, or did they grab our addresses off the web?  And then,
what to do about it?  Quite annoying.
