nget configuration

anyone familiar with nget, from <http://nget.sourceforge.net/>?

[thufir at localhost ~]$ whoami
thufir
[thufir at localhost ~]$ pwd
/home/thufir
[thufir at localhost ~]$ firefox &
[1] 5937
[thufir at localhost ~]$


I downloaded nget-0.27.1-2.i386.rpm from <http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/3/i386/>.  specifically, I'm not sure what the problem is.  any ideas?
