Creating sendmail.cf from sendmail.mc

Redundancy :)

make -C /etc/mail
or
service sendmail restart

If you have to restart the sendmail anyway because of sendmail.cf or
submit.cf or any plain text file changes (i.e. local-host-names) you can
omit the first alternate. If just rebuilding a hashed map file like
virtusertable or mailertable the "make -C /etc/mail" does it.
