a couple of early glitches in fc4t2 installation

just starting a fresh install on another system, so i thought i'm
mention two glitches i ran across so far early in the install process.
first, mediacheck still doesn't seem to work. once again, i tried
to mediacheck disk 1 and got "FAIL". but i used these same CDs on a
different system earlier today and everything went swimmingly. is
mediacheck known to be broken again?
second, regarding the failed NFS install. after it failed, i
flipped back to VC3 to see the problem and verified that the mount
succeeded (the directory was mounted to /mnt/source), but then:
"unable to access /mnt/source/Fedora/base/stage2.img"
well, that's not surprising since that directory is full of ISO
images, not an exploded source tree. but someone earlier reported
that their NFS install worked just fine. so i'm just confused.
