gcc update borked

libtool-1.5.6-4.FC3.2 is in updates/testing, and the changelog says "Rebuild
with gcc 3.4.3". Looks like this should have gotten pushed with the gcc
update but didn't. If this isn't corrected soon, probably worth filing in
bugzilla.
