[FC3] Upgrade to wireless-tools-27-1.2.0.fc3 broke my ability to connect

Hi,

I am using FC with 2.6.11-1.14FC3 kernel and upgraded
wireless-tools.  I use NetworkManager to connect but
now I can no longer connect to a network. 
NetworkManager tries to connect but cannot and then
just tries to connect to another network.

Is there some configuration that I also need to change
because of the upgrade??
