With those plugins you can watch DVD's in fc3 under totem (at least I
can)

one of my gstreamer plugins is currently broken (libvisual) as extras
started shipping a newer version of libvisual than my libvisual
gstreamer plugin is linked against - but that's not needed for DVD
playback.
