mounting external harddisk with fstab-sync as a non-root user

Well you come back to my original question. How to specify a user
option? If I do it manually in fstab, next time I plug in my external
hard disk, it's only ROOT which can read it!

And it's said in fstab that it's fstab-sync that just modified it!
