Update problems

I have updated component FC3 when I had red Icon on Red Hat Network
Alert Notification Tool 2.1.16 but  i have :
"Your system is fully updated.  No new packages are needed."
 3 times and it work or no, I don't know where is the problem there is a
thing to configure ?
