Problems with yum

[Hudson Orsine Assumpção (brevleq)]

Hi guys, I'm having problems with my yum, when I do the comand yum install "program", the console show me this message:

What shoul I do to correct this problem? I've reinstalled and updated it twice and I still have problems. Someone could help me?
