I have version 2.2.0 , but that may be a rawhide version.
However, I don't recall "yum clean all" ever giving me any message
except ones like

[tim martha ~]$ sudo yum clean all
Cleaning up Everything
0 headers removed
0 packages removed
6 metadata files removed
3 cache files removed
====================================
