For that matter neither is the month. Not the Sidereal month, not the
Nodical month, not the Anomalistic month, nor the Nodical month. But I
think that the Tropical month is the most 'regular'.

Oh, I just love wikipedia. Would this be considered on-topic if I
mentioned that it is wise to perform a full backup once a month?
