A really late reply, but I am trying to get through all this mail after 
a holiday. I am not a big expert at this but I don't see anything wrong, 
looks like the card is detected properly and that is normally the 
biggest problem. maybe try using xawtv to view the feed, I find it 
easier than mplayer. Dag Wieers had packages for xawtv for FC3 otherwise 
check rpm.pbone.net and you should find sthng
